Our Origin Story
The Spark
Integration veterans Wilfred and Armand kept rescuing over-scoped projects. They wrote a lightweight playbook—three-layer BPMN + BDD—tested it on a life-insurance portal and cut delivery time by 31%.
The Pod Model
Daniel (UX/LWC) and Marnus (process & product) joined, proving a four-person cross-disciplinary pod could out-ship ten-body "resource pools."

Formalised DaaS retainers; landed our first 12-month squad with a global logistics firm.
